I think the bull joke is basically saying if you calmly approach and assess a situation (walking down the hill and saving your stamina) you can more effectively achieve your goals and make greater gains (fucking all the cows) as opposed to rushing into things (running down the hill, exhausting yourself) and coming up short (fucking only one cow because you're out of breath.)

Back when this movie came out the media was acting like the bloods and crips were attempting to end western civilization, and this was one of those movies that terrified white people across america about what was going on in California. So its kind of a heightened reality kinda movie but enjoyable as hell. Nice time capsule that doesn't have enough of a coherent main story but a lot of elements kinda blended in. rising coast hip hop culture, the crack epidemic and darryl gates era LAPD.

Great job on this video! I was in high school when this came out. This film was controversial for the reasons you stated, but at that time, this was one of the most violent movies produced. Its pretty tame for today's standards. You forgot to mention that the soundtrack to this movie was arguably more popular than the movie, with the title track of "Colors" mastefully done by Ice-T (yes, that guy on Law and Order). And as a cheesy sidenote, the young cholo was played by Gerardo, who was a one-hit wonder with "Rico Suave." Ah, the 80s! Good stuff Vato!

The white vato is playing an awesome tune on the guitar with some other chica. No one knows the name of that song till this day.
