In one of the interviews Mr. Sushil Pandit makes an astute point about so called "healing touch and confidence building measures" :- Today government has made it evident that the price to be pro India in kashmir, like the brave sarpanchs who are killed on a regular basis is that they are taken as someone already aligned to India, so don't need any further "confidence", but those are clearly anti-inida, are rewarded with security, job for having killed people and many such appeasement in the name of healing. There is clearly a leverage to be anti state. Not protecting grass root flag bearers with utmost security is perhaps the biggest mistake post August last year ...

According to UN's resolution India is protecting the people of J&K, we have to think who is responsible for the situation ( 1948 to upto date) , if Indian soldiers were not in the. Protection of J&K people what would happen? Cabadies. in 1948 looted the people and so on , we all know about stone pelleting , and algaonvad, then why should people blame our soldiers. Pak given the chance for Chinese to interfere & occupy the land in POK & other parts , it time to protest China , otherwise we don't know the future of the people of POK, the world know very well what happened with Tibet .

Ashok sab well reputed man also know law, but even they don't know that this kashmir dispute is internationally recognised and the one is India who took this in United nation. If India agreed on all British time partitions then India should recognised the hyderabad, Gunagarh, Loc, LAC, Sirigori, nipal, so if it is disputed then how can you claim and decided to scrap 370 one sidedly, and though if we accept it's your right then why you have problem when we exercising this right in Gilgit? I went Gilgit and chitral many time and have friends there, I just personally felt that there is a lot of difference in Azad-Kashmir and Gilgit people, Gilgit people are more soft, hardworking and national proPakistani, these things will be prove in coming elections.

Hyderabad Deccan wanted to remain independant but India annexed Hyderabad state on the pretext that Muslim were in minority. In Jammu & Kashmir India ignore its own principle. In Jummu and Kashmir, India is subjugating the area by keeping one million army personnels with utter disregards to the wishes of Indian Occupied Kasmir and resolutions of United Nations. It is in the interest of both India & Pakistan to behave like responsible nations and implement UN resolution to solve the issue peacefully.

My opinion is loc should be converted into international border as both countries cant take the other side of Kashmir.
