Now this is a red herring I can get behind. It actually made a funny click sound in my brain when it happened and doesn't feel like a cop out solution or a cheap "gotcha, kid" moment.

The question is the arrangements of the pieces specific? If it is too specific you can't really call it a smart puzzle.
