Nice pad for only $50/month

My mom pays 400 a month for her, 115 a month for 3 cats and 50 for me. Then I pay her my 50 back. The porch thing is temporary as the new landlord wants to build a solid wall to wall off the back entrance to put a laundry room in for everyone downstairs. I think he would kind of like me to move on, but is being nice to mom about it for now. Mid June he plans to have someone here building the wall

@@GrantTravels23 Not bad! Kinda wild it costs her more than a quarter of her rent extra just for having the cats though.. at least it’s nice you can take advantage of the spot for a little while why you save up some cash for a new rig.

@darianmarshall4262 almost no one in town rents properties that allow pets. My mom has a contract with this landlord until end of September but he normally also does not allow pets in his rentals. But he bought this one, and has to hold up the contract

It's a temporary situation. I'm just here to work doordash using my brother's car to buy my own van to live and work doordash in. I plan on winters in AZ, summers in MT

I think he just meant that his mom doesn't like him being after dark door dashing. I don't think he was trying to be disrespectful to older people.
