Wow, beautiful song. Thank you. I love the reference (intentional?) to Acts 20:35 ("In all things I gave you an example, that so laboring you ought to help the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, that he himself said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’”) in the lyrics of verse 1: "for in the giving we shall receive." I always thought of that verse as applying to financial generosity. This song helped me see it could also apply to ways of living and blessing others in the world. Thanks again for the beautiful song-- you've given me a lot to think about. Can't wait for the full project! God bless.
