Thank you for sharing your story, Sandra! Being a fellow SBSMer, I find it hard to read and watch a lot of things these days because, looking through the ANS lens, I see symptoms of dysregulation in how people perceive and narrate the reality. I was thinking just yesterday how I would love to find books written by people who know about this stuff and approach the experiences they describe (theirs or their characters’) from a place of being informed and more regulated themselves. I would love to read your book!

Your story resonated so much with me although I don't have diabetes,, so cutos to you for all you've done so far, I think it's amazing with your manuscript and yes it's like a jolt when all the trauma rises that you didn't realise existed. Irene, as usual your education and pearls of wisdom are so insightful and enlightening so thank you both for this video🙏🌱🧚♀️

Your story resonated also with me. 3 siblings. No emotional attunment . I was the only one who married too , had two kids. I don’t talk to my sister, and my brother the weather , no emotional, my kids also have suffered , transgenerational. I have chronic body tension. And I agree my mother was completely unaware. Not tuned. My father, was always working. But he was more aware only did not know how to coregulate. I was aware of glucose through another somatic practioner Luis Mojica. He is also a nutrionist and I learn a lot

Hi Irene! I absolutely love your work. I've been a SBSM student since last year and I wish more people could benefit from it. It's wonderful to hear longer stories like this one. Thank you to Sandra for wanting to share! On a side note, I was wondering if you knew the work of Dr. Rupa Marya. She's talking more globally about the system creating our conditions than then lead to all those diseases. I think it's very complementary. Thank you again for all the work everyone is doing: Irene and also everyone in the team! And also all the students! 💜
