As a non vegan who watches your show because I just love cooking and occasionally make vegetarian or vegan meals. I don't appreciate you saying that something has to taste gross because it isn't vegan and is made with real egg and cheese.

Thank you! I enjoy watching vegan version or get vegan ideas because i am open minded and non judgemental but as a non vegan, i didn’t appreciate the fact that she finished by saying that with real eggs and butter it must be gross. In fact i believe the real deal will always be better. Nothing can replace the taste of the original ingredients but i would never « spit » on a vegan taste flavor. I am French so trust me that i know what the real deal taste (i actually made it for breakfast today with goat cheese) and for having tried the non vegan, they don’t taste the same. The vegan is okay but the one with eggs and butter is way better. But i would still never say that the vegan version is gross. She was talking about the taste of it not the idea behind it.
