"The different nature, the fundamental break it seems to me between Western Bourgeois State like France or England or whatever and the Soviet Union and modern day China is that, if we want to use the ruling political elites if you want to use that word to stay within the the Western Marxist or liberal vocabulary, the Soviet state was ruled by the soviet party whose members did not own as their own private wealth any appropriated material wealth created by society! Same thing is true in China. I know there's a capitalist class that's permitted to exist in China but they do not have ultimate political power and at any time they can be freed of their private wealth if they overstep certain political red lines. So this is a fundamental line that I think well most western marxists cannot understand that you are in a position of power but you do not have accompanying your position of power the the accompanying amount of private wealth which underpinned the very definition of the capitalist class. The capitalist class as we all know rules through their political proxies in the various state legislators and executive branches and courts. This is why we have allowed legal financial sponsorships of elections in any Western parliamentary democracy. It's legalized corruption as they say but it's more like the smart separation of actual executive political power from the actual political power although that could overlap at times as well. So it blows these Western marxists minds that you can have and it is desirable to invent a political system where political power and political responsibilities are totally separated from the possession of private material wealth. They called that authoritarianism and dictatorship and lack of democracy!"

i can prove that everywhere outside of china is under the thumb of european monarchs. people dont care as much about rules and methods as your comment infers. in eurocentric culture it really is just about european loyalism. because we could all be making 100x more if we werent the exclusive funders of europes existence. they wiped their countries twice in 100 years. the only way to survive and rebuild without doing any economic activity themselves was to utilize the european loyalist ideals to steal from everyone else and give to themselves.
