Good morning Pillar Community. This message speaks volumes as I am one who isolates and never asks for help. Pastor Morrison made it so easy for me to ask. I am asking for prayers today as I start a new job tomorrow as an In Home Caregiver with a wonderful company in Scottsdale and I am praying that they are able to give me clients to work with at 40 hours a week. I am putting ALL of my FAITH and Trust in God. I joined Pillar Church back in November, 2024 and I love attending service. Yes. I have to STOP isolating and join more community. My previous job (I had no work/life balance) and was not able to attend community or attend Service, plus that job was not safe. So I talked to God and made a change. I know that this new job will bring everything I want. I love supporting and helping others and I want to be able to use my Masters in Healthcare Administration Management and my previous experience in healthcare. God is good. I love Pillar Church and thank you God for your guidance.

As a Registered Nurse who has worked many years in home health, I want you to know that we greatly appreciate you. The community needs you. It's so important to have believers come to the patients' home. How could we do that without you? Praying for you to embrace connection and not isolation. I've been doing the same recently. This will be a great match for you. Remember, we work for Jesus, not for our employers regardless if we like our job or not. I love you! Jesus loves you and me too!😘

So my mentor/friend started inviting me and my son over to her house with her family. I was shown fatherly love through her and her family like I have not experienced in many years. I joke when we talk about opening our houses to strangers and people in the church that it might cause some like me not to leave. I’m grateful for the relationship that God has given me with her.

We are the living testimony of why biblical community is necessary. Over the years, we have seen so many stories of how God uses his people to lift each other's burdens. When you do life together, you find a freedom in sharing your fears and your struggles. I loved this whole message, pastor.

Wow. I wouldn’t be where I am at if I didn’t have the courage to be vulnerable. If I was afraid to let my humility be seen. If I let the enemy keep me…I would be stuck in a lie, locked up in the darkness. Annoyed at anyone who tried to speak truth to me. Angry at the Light shining in others…I would not be where I am at if it weren’t for His Light, wisdom, and truth speaking life into mine through all the beautiful God fearing souls I allowed to come along side me and help😭They are a big part of my growth and spiritual maturity. Hello, Dear friend, have you tried food banks? They have amazing options. It seems like you can connect to the Internet to find options. Praying for you. What I keep in mind during hard times is that 1) God has not given us the spirit of fear but of power, love and sound mind 2) we will have troubles (including suffering ) in this world but Jesus says take heart bc He has overcome them 🙏
