I see people saying the narrator reads too fast and they wish he narrated slower. This is a perfect example of accepting things as they are and being a slave to that belief. If you find the narrative too fast, simply set the playback speed of video to 0.75. See? Your belief that he narrates too fast, and your assumtion you can't make him narrate slower, makes this audio books appear as if you have no control over it. So change it to 0.75 playback speed and he narrates slower. This is exactly what is being taught here. Your reality is changed by what you accept as real and what you assume is not controlled by you. See now how what I told you is a wish of your own desire to have the narrator speak slower? Now your desire is realized into your new reality. You're welcome.

I remember not knowing I was pregnant, when I found out I started having morning sickness, because everyone kept saying when you are pregnant you have morning sickness. I started saying to myself I am not having morning sickness, for my pregnancy is easy and morning sicknesses is just in the mind and I don’t think that way. I stopped having morning sickness. When I started during delivery I kept saying to myself, many women have done this before me, and I am delivering a healthy baby without pain. I only screamed one time in the last push because my baby got stuck and I started praying the Lord’s prayer in my head to help me get my child out. Once I prayed that prayer, my child came out without issues. This is my thoughts about this. I remember reading this when I was in college because my father gave it to me.

The unborn baby shares the emotions of the birth mother while growing in the womb and therefore knows her mental state. The prayer was merely the placebo effect in action. We can heal ourselves or damage our selves through the placebo effect or the nocebo effect. Stress kills yes?Faith heals yes?

The irony is that we try with the mind to become aware. The mind is inundated with thoughts that are not real. Practicing meditation and mindfulness helps a lot. The workbook called 30 Days to Reduce Anxiety by Harper Daniels is a nice relief.
