Let’s give props to AstraZeneca to hearing this story and being willing to help. It would have been easy for them to be a big soulless corporation and just flat out say no. Instead they’re showing compassion and empathy for a truly awesome person. And if and when they actually pull through, and Mark has medication in hand, as a community we should bombard them with thank you notes!

We are so stoked for Mark to have some good news from AstraZeneca. Together we may have changed his life...and that is such an incredible thing to think about. 🤯 *It's Monday morning in Fiji and I just received a message from Mark* : _Thank you all for everything!!! Blood-work is going forward and hopefully scans this afternoon. I am pretty nervous because it's my first scan in over 1 year. I Just had a friend from OZ call. He saw your video and he is interested in purchasing Millennium. You all have changed my whole life again, I feel sooo motivated!_ 🕺🏼🙏🏻 We will continue to update everyone as things progress. As Nikki says in the video we can call the dogs off, but we'll keep 'em ready! 💪🏻 If you have no idea who Mark Paarman is, or what Millennium is, or why we're helping this ol' surfer dude, then watch this: kzbin.info/www/bejne/noXPd3SQp5qre8k

*Update 09/10/2020* - Hey everyone! We wanted to give you an update on Mark’s situation. We hoped we could film a video update this week, but sadly we don’t have the news we’re waiting for. AstraZeneca has been slow to act…which I completely understand as providing and shipping medications from South Africa to Fiji is a complicated task. AZ has been in contact with Mark and his Oncologist in South Africa. Mark thinks AZ will do something to help but until we get the confirmation from Mark, we can’t be sure. Trust me, if AZ decides to help, or if they drop the ball completely, we’ll share an update video ASAP! Here’s the scoop on what’s been going on behind the scenes: *Monday 08/24* Mark had scans and bloodwork done at a hospital in Fiji. It was the first time in over 1 year. *Wednesday 08/26* Mark called us and said he reviewed the results with his oncologist in South Africa…GREAT NEWS! Some of the most troublesome spots had slightly reduced in size! Mark was on a HUGE high with a renewed spirit! AstraZeneca South Africa has been in contact with Mark, his wife and his oncologist. 2 of Mark’s best friends watch the video and arrange to purchase a months supply for him and ship it to Fiji. *Monday 08/31* Mark is in communication with AZ SA, but still no real movement. Monday 09/07 Still no word from AZ, but Mark is still optimistic they will help. *Tuesday 09/08* The month supply of pills Mark’s friends sent arrives via DHL to Fiji. Mark picks up the box and half of the pills have been stolen. *Wednesday 09/09* Mark tries to track down and explanation from DHL. Still no word from AstraZeneca if they plan to help get his medication to Fiji.

EASY AND QUICK CURE FOR TERMINAL LUNG CANCER Whoever has terminal lung cancer need not worry. He just has to pray to Yashua Mashiyach (Jesus Christ to many) for healing and that's it! He does not have to buy very expensive medicines and should not, especially pharmaceutical drugs. He can be healed in 8-90 days, depending on the availability of the right foods. If he wants to heal immediately, he can go on a strictly vegetarian diet, eating mostly green leafy vegetables and not too sweet fruits, which, for convenience in eating, may be juiced or blendered. Or he can take the easier but longer way out, eating a little occasional fish or meat, but definitely no soft drinks or artificial juice drinks. He may drink red or dark grape wine before breakfast and before supper, if he wants red wine. Cancer germs feed on sugar and protein in fish, meat, eggs and milk. Avoid beans. Bad mood and negative emotions makes the disease worse. A happy, contented life stops or slows down the progress of the disease. Cancer germs breed on acidic tissues and acidic blood (actually not technically acidic but one that is less alkaline because if the body is acidic or pH=
@Neilhuny4 жыл бұрын
@@toymak3275 That's EXTREMELY dangerous and bad advice! Prayer does nothing, cancer germs don't exist, there is no quick & easy cure, advising people to stop taking prescribed medicine is immoral and should be illegal. Shame on you!

In one of the most miserable years on a global scale known to most people living in the world just now, the Wynns' videos have been a beacon of hope and happiness. Jason & Nikki have produced probably the best news I've seen this year, several times over. Others have listed their massive achievements elsewhere - cat, water, beach cleaning etc. This latest success - and it *IS* already a success - is blindingly brighter than anything else that has happened this year. AstraZenica and the Gone With The Wynns community have, at the very least, given hope to several hundred thousand people with, hopefully, Mark at the forefront of that. I hope the scans turn out well, Mark. Jason and Nikki have more than enough reason to be more miserable than most of us trapped as they are away from their home for many months, excluding those badly affected by Covid19 and their relatives, of course, and yet look at what they have achieved! Enormous success. Massive kudos Jason & Nikki

I love how you continue to smile while navigating these epic times. I just watched a tribute to one of your fellow live-a-board community sailors, that has passed away, Patrick Childress and was enlightened by one of his philosophies. "The only difference between Adventure and Adversity is Attitude ". You two possess that attitude. Never lose it! Fair winds and following seas.

God has a way of putting certain people in our paths, and we might think that they enter our path too "save" us..., but He has His ways that perhaps allows us to become the Hands & Feet of Him! How does it feel to be Angles on Earth!? (I've been blessed to have had a few of these experiences in my own life! It gives us a feeling of Why we exist here on Earth.) Take the time to enjoy it & rejoice in this feeling! God bless y'all for listening to your hearts, and stepping forward to help Mark!

I think airing your woes is just fine to do. It makes you relatable. I watched a bunch of your bubbly videos, and they were great, but the reason I subscribed was due to one particular episode. I think it was a night sail and Jason was extremely frustrated. It instantly made you guys more real to me. It wasn’t just an “everything is wonderful” vlog channel. That’s not reality. Anyway just my thoughts. Great work, your production is always impressive, and my best :)

You guys......! Amazing. From collecting litter, helping distribute water purifiers, funding for cats and now, extending a man's life. I hope this all pays forward when you get back to Curiosity and you are blesed with calm seas and beam reaches where ever you travel.

And that's exactly what I like most about you two. You stay classy, smiling and true. You do this because you believe that we, your audience, deserve only the best - no matter how you are doing in reality. You talk about it, but you stay classy - and that is extremely inspiring, especially for people who are going through a deep emotional process. your message: stay true, stay honest and look at the positive. Thanks a lot!

So pleased to see the ruckus that we all caused helped Mark get on the road to having the help that he so desperately needed. And Nikki & Jason...it’s the trials you’ve faced & finding yourself “struck” that has led you to meet Mark. Somethings are just meant to happen. Angels sent from heaven. Admiration to you both for listening to the call ❤️

Take solace in the fact that whilst you have been in Fiji you guys have managed to pull off the impossible, and mobilise people power for a better cause. Nothing more noble than that in my humble opinion. You guys are such great ambassadors of good. You turn will come when you do return to your boat, but in the mean time glow in what you have achieved. So much admiration for you guys.

What a great soul Mark is. He seems to always have a smile on, no matter what. Love him and absolutely wish him the best. If you find out how things went for him please share with us. Ya know I was thinking about the situation you guys are in, being away from Curiosity for this amount of time, you guys are gonna have to take a refresher course on how to sail, lol. Take care, God bless and keep you safe. Jay from Pa.

oh man, the boat will need so much work after sitting for a year or more and we'll need to do some easy sails to get our 'sea legs' back. 😱
