Love this - thank you! However, I have found it challenging to develop discipline and better systems because, if my environment changes or I move to a new place and miss one or two days of the habit I have been working on, it becomes difficult for me to go back to that habit again. For example, if I develop a better habit or system during the school semester, when schools close, and I go back home, I struggle to stick to it. How can I create habits that are adaptable and maintain my discipline over time?
