Excellent talk with the usual bits of humor sprinkled in - a great way to keep attention up in long talks like these! Thank you Ajahn Brahm for your timeless wisdom.

I always felt bad about spanking my daughter. She was violent and needed discipline but I should not have spanked her. I was not a perfect father but my father spanked me so I made the same mistake. I asked for her forgiveness and we hugged. I felt better.

Another excellent talk from Ajahn Brahm, unfortunately my hearing is not so good so I'm asking did he say cover the past by growing some grass or forgive but make sure you cover your arse?

This is an older talk I know, but I lost my son to suicide in August 2017. How do I move on?
