As a Maltese I can relate to hands being expressive as we are habitual gesticulators! Dr Desmond Morris pointed this out in his book and TV series in the 70/80’s. But close ups do tell a more deeper story of a persons type of work, age etc. Very nice and enlightening video, thanks for sharing.

A phrase I hear in the concept of self defense is "eyes are the window to the soul and hands are the windows to the intent." I think it could apply in some cases here, too.
