The power of Moog Matriarch + Oxi ONE

Moog is well known as one of the legends of analog synths in history, and I think this is why it is.
This semi-modular synth is a dream come true, big and fat oscillators, great filters, superb BBD analog stereo delay and the possibility to be heavily modulated by CV.
This time I've decided to be conservative, less ambitious, no modulation, no keyboard used, but easily sequenced by the omnipowered Oxi ONE.
Notes:
The four oscillators working in unison, 2x sawtooth in hard sync , 2x triangle slightly detuned, they make this gorgeous full analog sound sequence.
BBD dirty delay, as it can be hear in the stereo space, Left repetition is degraded by its analog chip.
The filter is so sweet!!
All went over Valhalla VintageVerb and Strymon Volante for finish extra space (as always) and compressed by UAD LA-2A legacy plugin (so magic).

If you like to play keyboards, matriarch is good to play with but if you like to program sequences… OXI one is huge!

I'm sorry music4skin, but I have an aversion to so called music that is nothing more than a never ending sequence. Having learned to play keyboard instruments since the age of 5, I think sequencers - and their demonic cousin the arpeggiator - has dumbed down music so much that there is no longer challenge nor beauty in a "performance" that only requires the push of a button and the twiddle of a knob or two. It's just sad.

Just like playing an instrument, the only limitation to arpeggiators and sequencers is the expression put into them by the user. You also clearly have never read any of Mozart’s letters to his father… all he did was bitch about orchestras never executing his music as it was on the page. The same for Stravinsky, he famously said in an interview “I don’t want my music interpreted, I want it executed.” I think all that’s lacking here is your own perspective and a deeper musical education.

lol, it doesn't only have to be that. it allows a person do full compositions with multiple instruments, while controlling parameters, modulation, even actually jamming along playing keys is allowed also, you know lol. there is NO way, you could do all of it together at the same time. you can make sequences more interesting by adding intermittent random variations, and you can also change sequences while solo-ing over them with keys on different synth. anyhow, I started out with guitar, piano, song-writing, singing myself, and I get what you're saying, but I promise you it is a limited perspective.... synthesizers are not the same "techno"" or "computer music". They instruments just like electric guitars are instruments. dont be a hater! do you know how many bands are repetitive wtih verse/chorus/verse/chorus with a standard 1-3-5 progression....lol.... its all in the artist! you know this.

I know, right? All these KZbin Channels with “Tutorials” and it’s just a bloke twisting a knob for 15 minutes. I have sequencers but I am a keyboard player, so, I program sequences that I play, not an automatic arpeggio. Everyone can “play” an arp; you just need to push one button. There is so much crap on KZbin…
