Thank you for the buckets of positivity Luke Hopkins and Nick Bare! Took notes-> main take away prepare, countless hours makes anything work. No more passenger seat in my own life. Bonus WHITE BOARD ADVOCATE. The podcast is a great place to be after setting 5k pr on my first 6:15 am run ever.

I always try and uploft others, especially when I'm hurting during a race, because seeing someone else smile or feel encouraged helps me be encouraged, and helps me keep going. I got the privilege to run mile 24-25 with a first time marathoner this past weekend, and even though I said a half marathon personal best, The best part of my day was helping him get through that rough patch, since two people did that for me in my first marathon.

This was a really great podcast with some awesome points addressed. My only thing is I feel like secretly doing steroids and leading your audience to believe you’re natural conflicts the point being pushed about trading your integrity for engagement
