If we've just been on a roller coaster, "【还想再玩一次，就得重新排队。】[If you want to ride again, we'll have to queue up again]." If I were to use "再" here, I might say to my friend, "你还想玩吗？【那我们再排一次队吧】Do you want to ride again? [Then let's queue up again]." The friend would reply: 【好，那我们再玩一次吧。】"Sure, let's play again." He responded to my suggestion, and at this point, "再" would be more natural and appropriate. If a friend keeps throwing socks around, I might get annoyed and say, "【你再乱扔袜子】[If you throw socks around again], I'll put them in your backpack." (Again, I wouldn't use "重新" in this expression).
