I love this truth, to live this is to live in the peace that passes all understanding.Thank You Kris. I heard a Sentence yesterday it had the word absorb Holy Spirit gave it to me to think about as he is teaching ,like He does with you. In terms of overload we go past Absorb and into saturation (Not Good) Labour to Enter into His Rest , Hebrews 4:11 I'm still thinking about Absorb Sometime ,you can thith a 10th of each Hr. say The Lord's Prayer or sing it . each hr. will never be the same lean on Holy Spirit until your back into that rest . He will meet you there. Joy Life Bright One`s.

God is so on rest right now. I believe it’s part of the strategy for the season but also it’s a way of life in the kingdom. If God rested from His work, who am I to think I don’t need to do the same?

Rule #1.... Dont let the son go down on your anger.... I try hard to not go to bed angry. Wake up an hr later... Awake an hr and half every night.... Not enough peace in my life... Not enough prayer & worship.
