I don’t disagree, only 6 min in however. I got sober April 2014 after 35 years of early onset late stage alcoholism. I of course used most all drugs alcoholically too during that time. You may or may not know that alcohol and drugs have little to nothing to do with alcoholism and or addiction. Those things are the solution (seemingly) to the “problem” which centers in, and unless treated, AS the mind. I got and stay sober using 12 step method. I also identify with nonduality. At 5 years sober and still suffering from suicidal ideation, feelings and thoughts, I decided to bring psychedelics for use therapeutically. Having tried every other possible method it was a last resort. I won’t go on about the known and widespread recorded benefits of psychedelics for use therapeutically but they were right in the 60’s and have done more for me healing parts of the self structure than any thing else. I have a large tool box that I incorporate(d) with their use but I’m incredibly grateful for these medicines. 15:41 still agreeing. I bless my water often. Food too. Vegetarian happened in this character called “Sean” after my first major awakening at 6 months sober. Pop, sunny d and all that crap is pure garbage, yes! Most of what America calls “food” is chocked full of gmo poisons, toxins and chemicals that diseases and even mental illnesses are attributed to this garbage, these “food like substances.” Absolute poisons. I still partake in some of these things but it’s rare. Several awakens later in 10 years and I’ve found out how little food is actually required. Anyway, You showed up on my feed and I’m all for sobriety. Seeing deeply into yourself, especially shadow work, makes seeing into others not always that great. Seeing how many people are so deeply programmed and conditioned by the “tv” and politicians and other forms of mind control like religions and churches is sad. Not to mention when you know your own liar, cheat and thief seeing it in others, especially when they think you don’t know what they’re doing, is rather upsetting as well. Enjoyed the video. Followed it all the way.

Your waxing poetic about "sobriety" and the supposed societal neglect of this concept is as banal as it is misguided. The notion that external substances are the primary means through which people seek stability and connection is a gross oversimplification. Your anecdotal experimentation with substances is neither novel nor insightful; it reflects a shallow grasp of the complexities of human experience. The real world is not as black and white as your reductive narrative suggests. Your metaphor of the human body as a "processor" is a trite, mechanical reduction of the rich, multifaceted nature of human existence. You speak of the body as a machine needing regular maintenance, likening it to a car engine that requires clean oil and periodic tune-ups. This analogy, while perhaps comforting in its simplicity, is a gross disservice to the profound intricacies of human physiology and consciousness. To claim that sobriety alone can "clean" this processor and eliminate suffering is a naïve oversimplification that ignores the complexities of mental health, emotional resilience, and the socio-economic factors that influence well-being. Your self-congratulatory tone as you discuss basic biological processes like breathing and hydration is insufferably patronizing. To imply that the average person is unaware of the importance of clean air and water is an insult to the intelligence of your audience. The idea that looking lovingly at a bottle of water can change its cellular structure is a ludicrous assertion devoid of scientific merit, echoing discredited pseudoscientific claims like those of Masaru Emoto, whose "research" has been widely debunked. Moreover, your assertion that consuming only water-based foods like fruits, vegetables, and nuts will lead to a pristine system and unparalleled awareness is overly simplistic and ignores the nutritional complexity required for human health. To suggest that this regimen alone can lead to spiritual and physical purity is both misleading and potentially harmful. Your discourse on truth-telling, while superficially appealing, collapses under scrutiny. You equate truth with a form of spiritual purity, ignoring the complex social and psychological dynamics that influence honesty. The comparison of truth to a physical state of being that can be measured and optimized, like breathing or hydration, is a gross oversimplification that fails to acknowledge the nuanced nature of human communication and ethics. Lastly, your closing remarks, laced with sanctimonious self-righteousness, reveal the true nature of your monologue: a thinly veiled exercise in self-aggrandizement. Your claim that you alone possess the insights necessary to lead others to a state of peace is not only arrogant but also indicative of a profound misunderstanding of the diversity of human experience. In conclusion, your pseudo-philosophical ramblings are little more than a collection of half-baked ideas and simplistic analogies masquerading as deep wisdom. Your lack of substantive insight, coupled with a condescending tone, does nothing to advance meaningful dialogue or understanding. Instead of enlightening your audience, you have merely showcased your own superficial grasp of complex issues. If this is the pinnacle of your intellectual endeavor, then perhaps it's time to rethink your approach to personal growth and public discourse. Sincerely, A Voice of Reason

could you give me an example of a self-congratulatory tone of voice, outside of this video? or is that something you made up?
