I am a bilingual speaker of Japanese and English and when you spoke in tongues you actually spoke several Japanese words, one of which that repeated was karada meaning body. Others being hakkiri meaning clearly and orimasu which is the humble way of saying to exist. My mind is BLOWN! Amazing!

Dr. Patricia is teaching the truth. I have prayed with her over the phone in tongues and God gave her a revelation of my family. Dr, Patricia such a useful and necessary teaching with so much insight. I guess God had a sublime thought and purpose when He gave us the presence of the Spirit to indwell us and most believers like me fail to launch against the adversary for when consistent supplication is made in tongues the Spirit expressly can by intercession bring the powers of hell raze to the ground. Praise the Lord God for this inexpressible gift. On the day of Pentecost The Holy Spirit translated Galilean into 17 different KNOWN languages. Acts 2. Simon Peter spoke Galilean and the people heard the message in their own language. The Holy Spirit did the translating. Yahweh is mixing the nations today so that He can bring back the gift of speaking in languages. The book of Acts will be repeated on the LAST generation. Are you all maintaining that one is not/can not be baptized in the Holy Spirit unless they speak in tongues (because it is the only evidence of baptism in the Holy Spirit)? I would really like to know. Because, I have the fruit of the Spirit and have asked many, many times for the gift of tongues. Yet, as far as I can tell, I don't have that gift. Instead, after I was baptized in the Holy Spirit, God gave me a different gift. He gave me a specific detailed dream in which I was told what my spiritual gift was and received it. I have asked many times for the gift of tongues (or my "prayer language", as some say) because of teachings like this video and your other one. Yet, after much asking, God showed me that I have a different gift. If tongues is necessary to grow spiritually, please, ANYONE, with wisdom and instruction from God, explain to me how it is that I don't have this important gift after asking our Father repeatedly with faith. I would really like to know. I am asking as member of God's family through Yeshua, the Messiah. This is a sincere request. I am asking for a real and biblically supported answer. I really want you to consider the scriptures and whether or not they really teach that ALL baptized in the Holy Spirit receive the gift of tongues or a personal prayer language when they are baptized in the H.S. Also, assuming that you are correct and that everyone can receive a personal prayer language from God that will build them up spiritually, please, pray for me to receive that gift. @DrPatricia, Do you have any direction you could provide with regard to subsequent uses of this gift? Sometimes it seems as if my mind might be trying to intercede rather than staying in the spirit. And it seems that sometimes what I speak is somewhat repetitive and with little variety, so, perhaps my spiritual vocabulary is small despite having followed direction to receive the diversity of tongues, or my mind is causing a block, or the Holy Spirit has something important to repeat? Any direction you could provide would be appreciated. It can be noisy in our house, so I went for a walk, read my bible, prayed, and tried to listen... and told those cicada's to be quiet, but they did not. Thank you.

I am open to any direction on this; however, for anyone having this issue, I recommend watching Dr Patricia's video on singing in tongues. Doing so allowed my mind to be quiet enough for the spirit to flow freely.

Shalom Dr. Patricia, I thank God for your video. I was very fervent at the very initial stage of speaking in tongues. I am a volunteer in a healing ministry & I have the gift of healing. I was encouraged to speak in tongues for at least 2 hours a day in daily basis. I always time myself (at least 30 mins.) for speaking in tongues & then do my devotion. However I always slumbered when I reached the 10th minutes of speaking in tongues & waked up when I heard the alarm. If I don't slumber, I will always having ache behind my head!! I will also slumber while reading some passages from the Bible as well. I was told that everybody having the same problem! It is quite baffling!! Would you tell me how to go about the problems I am facing? I can't move forward with these problems lingering around me.

I speak in tongues when I pray and I few times I feel like it will transition into an accumulation known language like Vietnamese or a combination of my prayer language too. I find it very interesting since I have never learned an Asian language. I often wonder why I speak this Asian language but I don't understand what I am saying. I also wonder why Asian and not another language. Maybe with time I will speak others, the Holy Spirit is so awesome! Could you please pray for me Patricia, I have been having dreams are they not right, and the G-d has been giving me warning signs in them about it too. I know its a spiritual battle over my mind. and they can be intense and the bother me a great deal. I need to be delivered from them and my mental status. I know I have my healing. I have been speaking scripture's out lout for sometime and its is working. , I believe very much that Yeshua has been with me through this whole thing. But I need help, and prayers very much and there is an great deal of pain in my head and it messes with my thinking process and it comes and goes, and I know its not right and it is getting better. however, it has too many sporadic pulling's on my head and the muscles. Please pray for me i have a disease that makes me feel tormented i think its because im still not going away from wicked things please and saturday i was imagining that i was going to be executed so they were leading to me in the front and i was confessing along the way because i still had sins after i finish i was preaching and in my mind it felt like it was saying like i was dead already it already passed after that i felt so happy a hapiness in this world i never experienced i felt like i was being loved inside of me and outside and in the heavens like someone cared about me i felt so happy i even started to cry a little because you can give me everthing in this world from materialistic to health and I wouldn't feel this happy yes i know it can be from the holy spirit to god to jesus but i don't know maybe all of them united but please i feel scrachty my face feels like stone i can't sleep because of it and im forced to take sleeping pills

There are diversities of tongues. One is your prayer language that the Apostle Paul refers to as praying in the Spirit and those do not get interpreted because those prayers are Holy Spirit's prayers through your mouth during your private payer time. Another is tongues with interpretation that edifies and builds up the body of Christ. These get interpreted when believers are gathered together.

Hi there, if I may ask, will you pray for me to be baptized in the Holy Spirit? I watched your other video about receiving your prayer language a couple months ago and I was not in a place where I could focus on the Lord but I felt like I started to pray in toungues but I couldn't hear myself. I did not ask for it but I received it when God instructed me to pray for a Mormon Church I was just obedient so if you want it just pray for it and He will answer you if it's His will. God Bless

We are only accepted by God through the cross of Jesus. If you have come to God, by him, by his atonement for our sins, then you are accepted by him. If you want this gift, ask God to fill you. Learn all you can about it. Don't listen to anything people say against anything the Bible teaches. Reject all wrong ideas, and accept what the Bible teaches instead. Seek and you shall find, ask and it shall be given to you. When you receive it, it will flow. Does a river do anything but flow? That's about all it does, seems like, to me. The water comes down from somewhere up above. Read the first 13 verses of Luke 11, and ask yourself if Jesus prayed in the Spirit. Look to him in everything, and receive.

My adult daughter prays in the Holy Spirit and has a friendly relationship with Him but of late The Holy Spirit tells he that she has to open her third eye. She also sees purple shapes in her minds eye and while praying yesterday The Holy Spirit told her "come" ( meaning follow Him) through her third eye and that she should not be afraid. I feel like I got my prayer language from your other video, but then I keep seeing people say that it doesn't work that way and you can't be taught tongues. They say you have to have the "utterance" inside you to speak.. It's confusing me

I did not teach you tongues in the other video - I imparted the gift of tongues which is Biblical. Holy Spirit is the One who actually gave you your prayer language. He chooses to use people to pass His gifts onto others.

yes I did! i have decided to pray in tongues exclusively for a few days before my Bday(broke and bit hopeless) and November 8 th was my B'day.i have NO money . one of my uncles called me on 7 th night and said: " i want to send you a small gift,can i?"; i said sure... and in a few minutes he blessed me with 5k INR. i believe it's an answer to my prayer,I didn't ask him or expect a call from uncle on 7th! i spent my Bday praising the Lord for HIS supply.

Also when we prayed in tongues, it wasn't babababababa! It was spiritual language! So tongues is not babababab its an actual spiritual language. Everyone doesn't sound the same but it is definitely not repetitive nonsense.
