Dr Warlu Sir, I'm a big fan of you. I watch regularly your videos. Your way of explaining the things and knowledge you have are amazing. I was doing intermittent fasting, but couldn't balance the diet. I'm excited to start this diet. I've small doubt whether diabetic patients also can follow the same diet? Whether the proposed diet can be split in to two parts like rice, dal and curries as lunch and fruits, salad & nuts as dinner? Please clarify me Sir Ravi
