trying to get the system hooked into your Wi-fi or mobile is an absolute nightmare, tried all day, resetting my router, mobile, putting all the details in for my network correctly, unplugging, and plugging in the bridge, pin reset etc...all I get on the Bridge is a blue flashing light "is the light on your bridge flashing?" YES!!!! tried it about 50 times. Now im stuck with a $300 doorbell and a pretty blue flashing light, useless waste of money

using yours app, are you guys have a big problem, which is that they don't ask me for a pin or password to enter the app. That is very bad, since anyone who has my phone can have control of the app.

These definitely not worth the money. Bought a ring doorbell 2. The audio sounds like crap. It has an excellent wireless connection, the router is only 6 feet away. Not the power - voltage is right and VA rating is well above what they require. And then they apparently selectively record stuff. I have stuff going in and out every day which is why I bought this thing. I find that a lot of activity simply isn't caught or recorded. Of course, the one time a porch pirate decides to pick my porch - that was the time that Ring decided not to notify me or record anything. So now I'm out the cost of that merchandise as well. Do yourself a favor - buy a wired camera system and your own recorder. Much better picture, real audio, you control what is and is not recorded and lower cost in the long run.
