I have truly been stuck in a rut for months. I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder 1 in February after experiencing my first manic episode. After that, I have been taking various antipsychotics and antidepressants along with heavily smoking c@nnabis. I thought that the antipsychotics were the cause of the rut I’ve been in, but I definitely think the heavy smoking wasn’t helping either. I have since embraced sobriety for about a month with one three-day slip up. I just had a vacation to a beautiful place and my rut unfortunately travelled with me. I would like to come forward and embrace the growth and change of this harvest moon in all its glory. I accept and embrace the energy in this time of change. I sincerely look forward to this autumn as things wind down and get cozier. Namaste ❤️

Up till now 2023 and 2024 have been years of destroying the old. I lost almost everything trying to help others. But I did learn a new skill that could bring me financial freedom. Thank you for this video! This year was so intense..my focus over the last 6 months was my health. I was dealing with an autoimmune disease for the last 7 years.. a few months ago i met a healer and we discovered the source of this disease. Ever since I had NO symptoms!! I felt so crazily blessed. Yesterday the symptoms came back… And to be honest, I‘m struggling with staying positive. My mind wraps around thoughts like „what did i do wrong?“….
