I think it's because of two reasons: 1. The Persona Q series isn't as popular as the main series. 2. It has to do with Junpei's former English voice actor.

The name tarantella come's from tarantula (for the anglosaxon and co.)/tarantola (for us) since they tought that that dance was so wiked on the movement, because the dancer had been bitten by that spider, and the poison was the cause of it. And since the tarantula Is poisonous, that's why after you ended the dance, you would die. (Of course if i remember correctly, since i haven't read the mith of the dance for a long time, and because It's from south Italy, and not north Italy, this dance, we're not that used to remember that )
