I think it's a little too much for 18 feet of interior space. Especially with a fixed bed too, losing space in the lounge to accommodate that style of washroom on a single axle doesn't add up. Think that layout needs to stay on the bigger twin axles

If one wants privacy in the bathroom, they would have to close and lock 3 doors. 2 too many for me. Well, at least it's pretty.
