Agreed! There's too much CGI constantly in movies. It's awesome obviously like he's saying to an extent. I mean consider the new "live action" Snow White movie that's all CGI besides Snow White.

I think this film is vastly overrated for what it is, mostly down to the generic plot and shitty characters(except for Andy). However, with stuff like practical effects coming back and good set design, it's definitely a step in the right direction

@DubsStop nah Romulus was just ok at best. It was basically resurrection with a different hybrid at the end. Instead of the swimming xenomorph scene, they traded it for facehuggers. I'd give it a solid 6.

It's part of the franchise so I like it even if it is "goofy." That may sound stupid to you but I grew up watching these movies. It's definitely no Aliens but still decent.
