"Is this real!?!" Yes, yes it is. In elementary, and throughout middle school, girls thought that being pregnant was cool and "hot", and an ex friend of mine, we'll call her J, she kept raving about how she had an older boyfriend, and she got pregnant, and even brought sonogram photos!! I don't know why some people think it's cool, when it's not!! Raising a child isn't a dream! It can be a happy moment, but wait till you understand the hardships of parenting!!

I remember seeing a 8th grader being pregnant & being happy about it. Girls my age who have kids, a lot of them don’t have the daddy anymore & are taking care of themselves. I remember in middle school four 13 year old girls got pregnant by the same 14 year old boy. It was so scary, they were telling all the kids in 8th grade. The teen pregnancy epidemic was everywhere. I remember this was based on a true story like 18 girls got pregnant all in the same year. Our sex ed teacher in 9th grade forced us to watch a graphic pregnancy and home birth video that traumatized us all.

Do not recommend being a teen parent.. 90% of teen parents don't stay together meaning you end up doing it alone and it's exhausting. I feel lost sometimes because I feel like I was only ever a kid then a mom. I will never not be a mom I've been a mom since I was 17. I'm now 25 and a single mom to an 8 year old, 6 year old and 5 year old. (their father dipped right after getting me pregnant with my youngest). I will do everything in my power to ensure my kids don't have to go through the same struggle I'm going through now.

Yeah all these events are wild and ridiculous, but it isnt too far off from today. Hate to be that guy, but this movie shows why abortion needs to be an option. No matter what you believe, teenage pregnancies are traumatizing. There was a recent story of a 10 year old who got raped but because of the overturning of Roe v Wade, she may be forced to have the kid. She's not old enough to drive a car or drink, but old enough to be a mother. Just goes to show how damaging most religions are. How they raise girls to believe they have no purpose unless they're a mother. 😓 Edit: also it made me sick when the mom asked how the baby was after hearing that her daughter drank so heavily. Do you not care about YOUR baby?! 🤧

I don't want to overstep or upset anyone. But I was always told by a teacher when I was a teenager that our hormones for girls and boys but most of all, Science and Bio. That our bodies are supposed to want to procreate at such a young age. Which is why some countries and also back in History why women or young teens were married off at 14 to 15 years old, in those time you were consider a woman, an adult, as soon as you bled your first period you were consider woman and eligible for marriage, so, in today's day in age, were sort of going off what our hormones want to do, and we all think it's a good idea to get pregnant while, young, I never did, but I knew a few girls in school with me who did and why I listened to this teacher give a lecture on a lot. So, I am not offending just trying to speak facts. Our bodies are ready to mate basically, but if boys don't want to have kids and whatnot, then the suggestion, you shouldn't be having sex, because you never know if someone got pregnant by mistake or on purpose. So, if you're not going to be responsible you should just not do it, don't take the risk. Problem solved. but I do understand in the heat of the moment you're feeling good, and you want to go there with your partner, but again if your not serious about sticking around and if there's a chance of a risk of it, why bother. But that's just my point of view.
