The Emblems in Engage are gambits from 3 Houses but if the levels were designed around using them. They even provide stats and abilities in similar ways.

Was disappointed when I saw it wasn’t a hector hard mode this week but after seeing Obama play this for a couple of chapters I’ll admit I was pleasantly surprised. Will probably end up giving it a go myself.

The steam reviews are pretty damning tho, tbh. Seems like it's a pretty unbalanced mess with some fucky mechanics like a passive debuff to avoid as you level. It just seems jank I'd rather play a hack than spend money on this

You should play 'Symphony of War - The Nephilim Saga' because it's got hands down the best balance of RNG and careful strategizing. The sheer breadth of options is almost paralyzing.

I wanted to like this game but late game chapters are just enemies with 5-15% hit chances to do 40-50 damage with 20-35%crit chance.

It's pretty fun! Has some different mechanics like the damage type vs armor thing (which is an interesting change of pace imo) but in overall it's the experience you'd expect from an FE-like game. The plot so far is a bit too simplistic tho but who knows, maybe it'll ramp up later on? And well, maybe it'll be like Engage with lackluster story but with a gameplay that compensates it
