I thought the elbows need to be at at least a 45degree angle and the bar trying to sit in the front rack position? If not it puts to much pressure on the wrist.

Should I do this before or after I dislocate my shoulders during muscle ups and/or snatches?

you have more chances to dislocate your shoulders while jerking off. don't think you've ever done things like muscle ups.
