He somehow enters the hack code for correct exact price to come up. Bob goes, "No! Not that! You weren't supposed to know that." Bob goes in back recording area, "I need a vacation! I need like a 6 month leave of absence!!! In fact I've got a better idea!!!! I'm giving my 6 month notice!!! That's right!!! I quit!!!!" Goes back up to contests and says, "now there's only one solution to do in a thing like this. I'm giving you both.....both of the showcases!!" Says to other contestant that (s)he will be back. Goes up to guy, "you....I don't want you back on here. You are not to use me as a reference. And if I'm paired up with on a celebrity show, I will not be so charitable to you as I was to Happy Gilmore.....you understand?????" Guy nods smiles weakly, "yes" Bob Barker grabs his arm squeezing it and pushes him in a circle 60 MPH, "now get off the stage" Guy goes crashing into one of his showcases and the organ and knocks himself out cold. Bob Barker mutters, "we're insured. When he wakes up in the hospital we'll just give him the other showcase and make some story up. Along with that we'll pay his hospital bills and give him the all expense paid trip"

Conclusion: The guy tried to flip the second panel (95), but it didn't flip, so he tried pressing the button - not knowing what it did (hopefully enabling him to flip the 95 though). He was not a cheater because even after he saw the correct price, he can't "correct/change" his answer. It seems to me like he had every intention to "Flop" anyway, but just wasn't able to spin the tile for some reason. Not too sure why, because clearly Bob was able to do it. Maybe he was trying to spin it horizontally instead of vertically (which honestly would make more sense given what is being done to the numbers... it also may have averted the blooper that occurred later in Oct 2008 with Drew when the panel with the numbers wouldn't stay in its slot) I wouldn't go as far as to call this cheating, but you'd think the first reaction when a prop doesn't seem to be working would be to consult with the host, rather than hit an unlabeled big red button you weren't told what it was for.
