In Sora's attempts to save his friends he ended up in shibuya were he has to use the wild card he was given to help the Phantom thieves in there quest to stop evil adults, sorry P5 joke but yeah HMK I feel this theory holds a lot of weight that's why the prophecy states that darkness prevails and light expires but Sora of course essentially rewrote reality preventing this and in exchange caused himself to be removed from that reality and into one where Yozora isn't just a video game character but a real person this could actually be connected to the Toy Story World of Woody, Buzz, Rex etc. and how it was separate from the world with there friends

@@disneyinuyamon Yup he lost everything thanks to that sh-- Odin putting everything on Xehanort. Also, why do you keep saying Xehanort gave up? He never gave up anything. He became a Keyblade Master, and knowing him who are always thirsty for knowledge beyond he continued his path doing a lot of researches about the world, the past, the Keyblade War, the light and darkness and within 70 years of his life he became the most powerful Keyblade Master known. How is that giving up because those are huge achievements in their own rights. And aside from MoM, Xehanort is probably the only living person to ever known the existence of quadratum (not including Luxord if he were indeed to be working with Yozora but that would be a different matter). The only thing he did was he chose darkness because of MoM persuaded him to take a peek at people’s heart causing him to find out that a lot of people actually carrying false light within them but I would not call that as giving up either.

There’s a serect ally in Sora’s joureny who is Luxord and then that’s means...all this time he appears like he’s getting in way of Sora and his friends but in truth he’s aiding Sora and his friends secretly by testing him and to see if Sora is the one who can triumphantly in his destined battle against Master Xehanort and his future destined battle as well. Once Sora passes the test, Luxord will gift Sora a “wildcard” to help him on his next journey because Luxord knew about the Power of Waking, knew about the plans made by Luxu, the Foretellers and even Master of Masters himself because he’s a Nobody of a Keyblade Wielder and once he’s complete as human again, he will aid Sora as his ally and friend in the next installment of Kingdom Hearts Series. To me, all of that is truly MINDBLOWING and thanks to HMK and fellow fans of Kingdom Hearts for help me to realizing it.

This theory is really solid and it aligns with several things I had thought of already. One of them being that it seems to me like in the ReMind timeline, Sora doesn't seem to exist - he doesn't appear in any of the scenes with the guardians (except the one where Riku is playable but there's no way of knowing if that part happens in the normal KH3 timeline or the new one) and it always struck me as odd that at the ending of KH3 everyone seemed to be running and happy and none seemed to give any hint of remembering Sora. In the final scene they all gather and look at the ocean, not at Sora, and the only one who seems aware of Sora is Kairi... until he disappears. So, I believe that once Sora used the power of waking one last time to save Kairi, the final timeline he created when being sent to Shibuya was one where he never existed and everyone forgot his existence.

Another thing to note, regarding Luxord. This whole time hes been all about paying games and making bets. Nearly every battle with Luxord is a bet and/or some kind of race against time. If you lose or run out of time you die (or get a game over at the very least). That is exactly the same kind of rules in the Reaper's Game. Reach 104 in 1 hour or face erasure. Very dope! Can't help but to think Skuld and Luxord have a connection with both being ppl of "fate". The Sigil might represent the one that abuses the Power of Waking. In theory, Young Xehanort used it correctly in KH3D and KH3. He followed Sora's heart to each world, while Sora randomly went to worlds looking for his friends and now Kairi. As YX said, you traverse hearts to reach worlds. This theory makes YX's journey and dialogue in 3D make way more sense now. But it also makes Mickey and Yen Sid look like idiots for not telling Sora what would happen to him.
@kartikayysola5 жыл бұрын
I wonder whether Yen Sid and Mickey even know the extent of the Power of Waking. Yen Sid got hoodwinked by Xehanort in DDD, so he isn't infallible. Perhaps they know that the Power can wake a sleeping heart, but not what else it can potentially do.
@MrMoustache1445 жыл бұрын
Yeah Riku used it to go to destiny islands and wake Sora up in DDD as well and Mickey did tell Sora what would happen in Kh3 ending

Although the truth is, I think Sora wouldn't have cared, I mean he is a person who is willing to give everything for his friends and reality, although in the first attempt Sora was not aware of the price he would pay, in the second he was totally aware of it. Although it is true that Yen Sid and Mickey looked stupid for not giving more information about the Power of Awakening because it would have made more sense if they had said its function, its limitations, advantages, disadvantages and the prices if you are willing to break those limitations but no Yen Sid literally told Sora to go looking around for a way to awaken the Power of Awakening and without giving the poor thing any further instructions.
@sofiaizaguirre1755 Жыл бұрын
@@MrMoustache144 It was different. Riku used it accordingly without breaking a limit or a taboo. Sora's heart was awakened and Sora used it three times. 1. The first I use it to free Ventus's heart from his own heart and wake him up (here Sora used the Power of Awakening correctly). 2. The Second when he saved the Guardians of Light from the brink of death. Here Sora was already breaking many limits of the Awakening Power and this was where the Young Xehanort warned him about the wrong use of that power. 3. When he brought Kairi back from the dead breaking a nature taboo. I just want to emphasize the difference of this with the use that Riku gave the Power of Awakening and also not to detract from Sora's Sacrifice since there are many fans who undervalue the character. When in reality he is a character with a deeper background than people believe and so on, his sacrifice was not only for Kairi but also for his friends.

I also want to add that I think the reason Xigbar hasn't seen Luxord screwing with his plans is because Xigbar's element is Space. Space and Time are two sides of the same coin, two axis of the same chart, but they don't see one another. Luxord could just be a dude, or he could end up being a character more important than that. Who knows, he might even be Brain somehow, hiding through time. I doubt it, but at this point we REALLY don't know who he is, just that he has the complementary power to Xigbar/Luxu and gave Sora a trump card so he can cheat more.

This sparked an idea in my head. Remember when the Master of Masters gave each union leader their role. Most of the time for each conversation with a union leader he mentions he might "disappear". I think that it's a possibility that the MoM alternated time already and had to pay the price, same as Sora. My theory is that the MoM is Sora from the future and is trying to right his wrong. Maybe by righting his wrong he can return to his time with his friends. Also, my theory of how Sora could have traveled back in time and become the Master of Masters, is the through his connection with Ventus. Xehanort did it to find his 13 darknesses why can't Sora do it to fix what has happened.

Another thought but Namine is born of Kairi's heart and Sora's body and soul. And she could effect the memories of him and those attached to him. Is it possible that Namine actually was to a smaller scale using the Power of Waking herself? Not to Sora's extent but her ability to rewrite his memories similar to how Sora ultimately rewrote events with the way he used the power?
@meteornome25565 жыл бұрын
Interesting speculation when you think about it, the only way to restore Sora's memories was by putting him to sleep for an entire year I wonder if she has a fragment of the Power of Waking in her. If so she probably got it from Ventus.
@omimar55 жыл бұрын
Very interesting theory. Might be. The power of waking allows one to directly interact to other peoples hearts. Riku used it to dive into Sora's heart and save him, Sora used to it to awaken Ven's and Roxas' hearts, and to restore the hearts of the guardians of light. If you think about how they depicted memories and hearts, it makes sense that another use for the power of waking would be altering peoples memories, but you need a conection to that person. Maybe this is the reason? I found it odd how, despite YX saying that one of the rules of time travel is "once upon arrival, you can only move forward as per the rules of time" and "i'll go back to my era and forget about the events that happened here". Which means, he could not travel back in time again, and if sent back to his era (like at the end of DDD) he would not be able to remember how to time travel, or whatever he learned during that time. Yet he comes back in KH 3 and he remembers everything. Might be because or Ansem SoD used the power of waking on YX to make him have all those memories despite the rules?
@mikemills72465 жыл бұрын
Makes sense. How else would she be able to interact with the Lingering will if it wasn't from Sora's prior encounter?

Luxord and Young Xehanort both had the element of time but one wielded cards and the other a keyblade. The chest board that Xehanort and Eraqus are play may have some time travel elements as well. That’s how it showed the symbols of characters that would fight in the keyblade graveyard and the future fight against the Foretellers. I wonder if that chest board belonged to luxord. Luxord may be more important and powerful character then we thought before.

I had a very similar theory when I saw the Secret Ending trailer! I'm glad you made this! One thought: What if MoM is in other-Tokyo, i.e., Tokyo Prison (no just Shibuya, because you can see Shinjuku ward, where Riku is, from where he's standing) not as a warden, but as someone sent there for abusing power like Sora? After all, he "disappeared"/"faded" just like Sora, and Luxu is anticipating MoM's return (perhaps even actively facilitating it). In other words, MoM is planning a jailbreak with Luxu's help. It would be funny and awesome if Sora breaks out with him and that's the next game. :D
@ghostlyjay20405 жыл бұрын
Another thing that tags onto the entirety of Luxord's role in all of this: What if Luxord broke out of Shibuya? Imagine, in KHUX, an event takes place that past Luxord disagreed with, and he used the power of waking to change it, resulting in him being placed in this place that would become Shibuya. The reason why Luxu was never able to keep an eye on Luxord is because Luxord was not in that reality at that time. Luxord was stuck in Shibuya, and had to improve and enhance his ability with time to break out. That's why he's so confident in giving Sora the card, and even saying he'd like to play a game when everything is over.

I reckon Luxord was testing Sora, it was as if he had his own motives that were separate to the rest of Organization 13, maybe he is the opposite of Luxu. It looks like he knew that Sora was going to use the power of waking and that Sora was going to vanish, does Luxord have connections with the Master of Masters? Maybe Luxord will play a part in the next side game, where he will help Sora break free from the prison sentence that he imposed on himself for using the power of waking so recklessly, even if it was to save his girlfriend. Sora used a power to save a person that was meant to die, something that Luxord likely knew as well. It was as if someone was telling Luxord about these events and to keep an eye on Sora and his friends.

I totally think that Kairi's death wasn't just out of nowhere, but was MX using her to set Sora's destiny in motion to be placed in Shibuya and to lead to his conflict with the MoM. Why else would he need motivation? Why would MX need to motivate Sora to fight him? It's all to lead to some mysterious purpose Sora has within the next saga.
@omimar55 жыл бұрын
Hmm, makes some sense? MX was lacking the 13th key at that point. To forge it, either the guardians of light needed to kill one more seeker of darkness, or a seeker of darkness had to strike down a guardian of light. Knowing this, the guardians of light could have avoided confronting MX and let him stuck at like 99% of his goal complete. Hence why he'd need to give Sora motivation to fight him. But by killing Kairi, he got the last key he needed. He had backup darknesses so he didn't need to be killed himself. His organization even found backup pure lights in case they were needed, and he knew about that. Why then, would he need to give Sora motivation? Probably motivation to get back from the Shibuya prison he knew about (because plot armor, he learned about it from MoM when he was YX and somehow he did not forget about it even though he should?) Who knows.

Just got off work and watched this. Not only is my mind blown, you got my own gears spinning! Now I am extremely curious if this links up with any of the "Luxord is KHUX Player" theories. Matter of fact... KHUX is going through a point where all the weilders enter data realms outside the natural flow of time, created from the book. They're in a separate reality away from the damaged one the Keyblade War affected. There's the bit Brain brings up about whether or not that Daybreal Town they're in is the real one, and the new world they've connected to is a result of Brain messing with Daybreak Town as the Virus (at least it seems that way). And one of those new Union Leaders has a real Book of Prophecies, which details the Power of Waking like you said... If Luxord really comes from the KHUX group, that may be how he even has access to the Get out of Jail Free Card he passes to Sora! How his element is Time in the first place! Because he has experience being outside of time, in an alternate reality, and thus how to escape it like the Dandelions did to escape the real world in the first place! Heck, the Glitches in Daybreak Town could be him trying to use the Power of Waking to alter history himself! Which would certainly tie him even closer to Eraqus with the whole "No Fair" scene and the new game they're gonna play... The KHUX Keyblade War updates later this month will no doubt tell us more, but I think this strengthens the "Luxord is Player" theories, or at least that he is from that time. Not impossible given Marluxia/Larxene being there.

Sora abusing the power of waking again is probably why we see Roxas, Axel, and Xion fight Saix alone. Because Sora goes to save Kairi this time, leaving Aqua and Ven to face Terranort and Vanitas alone. The ReMIND scenario could not only explain how and why Sora disappeared at the end of KH3, but a rewrite of the Keyblade Graveyard and final fights. If you want to know more about this theory, look up coda theory.

Remember that cutscene where Xemnas meets with Larxene, Marluxia, Demyx and Luxord and says something about "Awakening the keyblade legacy" within them? Larxene and Marluxia are already in KHUX so that leads me to believe that Demyx and Luxord should make an appearance as Keyblade wielders as well, and if Luxord is suspicous about Xigbar/Luxu, then that would mean they must have had some interaction in the past? I don't have any thoughts about Demyx though, he seems as useful as a cereal bowl

@motionisdead97965 жыл бұрын
It does make sense. In a lot of ways. There's this quote that is often brought back "One Sky. One Destiny." If Shibuya/Tokyo exists as a jail to keep beings from abusing the power of waking and esentially rewriting the existing timeline, then does that mean that something is keeping the singularity intact to prevent it from branching(like there's only one line and other timelines are not allowed to exist). Nomura did mention that Sora esentially pulled the threads of time and space together into a singularity and rewrote a point in time to avoid the events that were desitned to happen. If it was mentioned that Sora rewrote it, then that surely means he couldn't have branched out the existing timeline, but rather just pushed it back. It's a far more dangerous thing, because one person just changed the will of the world, because he couldn't accept the outcome. Now apply the same to the Master's knowledge of the future events and the fact that he disappeared and it further unravels the mystery. It was hard to puzzle, since there were a lot of possibilities of what Shibuya/Tokyo may be, but now it's clear. Solid video.
@mikemills72465 жыл бұрын
It's also ironic bc Sora was scolding MX at the end of 3 for deciding upon himself to rewrite the world and make it in his balance
@motionisdead97965 жыл бұрын
@@mikemills7246 Yup, Sora's a pretty hyprocritical character, at the top of that super stubborn to accept and reason through things. Fortunately at the end of the day he's learning stuff the hard way, like it was in KH2 and the fact that Nobodies shouldn't be persecuted just by existing as well as the truth YX told Sora in KH3D, that blindly following your heart will ultimately lead to your demise(he still needs to hammer it into his own head). Wish he had more solemnity to him, because that'd benefit his character largely. Sora's in need of either development, or at least a better expression.
@sofiaizaguirre1755 Жыл бұрын
@@motionisdead9796 For your information Sora was not scolding him, he was letting him see his philosophy because Sora did not refer to himself as a leader, quite the opposite because Sora has shown to have somewhat low self-esteem throughout the saga and I don't think that the he was seeing himself as a leader he was only making it clear to Xehanort that a true leader accepts the universe as it is because it shows true maturity to see both sides of the coin Light and Darkness in the world or its case in worlds and there are several differences with what Sora and 2. As I said before, massive to remake the universe as it was at the beginning, return to the era of “Fairy Tales” but as its leader. Another thing I would like to emphasize to you is that Sora experienced many traumatic events in a period of hours, losing most of his friends and regaining them again, but he lost Kairi in front of him, with Xehanort killing her in front of him and Sora trying to kill her. standing firm in the face of the situation because he knows that the fight is not over yet, that is already a sign of a lot of emotional strength and even more surprising because it would be expected that Sora would retaliate against Xehanort but he did not do the opposite because he tried to make him see Xehanort what he was doing and this becomes more interesting because Sora had the sense of maturity.

Yes! I was thinking this! That’s why Sora is missing in all of the org re-fights in Re:Mind. He no longer exists in that timeline. No one remembers him. Awesome theory, HMK! I'd figured out a lot of this myself-like, what Chirithy telling Sora that his heart had already existing at that time meant--but I didn't put two-and-two together about WHY there's a price for the Power of Waking, and why Luxord's Wildcard to Sora is his "Get Out Of Jail Free" card. But what do you think of the theory of Sora also writing himself out of existence is part of the price? So that no one (except for Kairi, the person he did this for, and the one he shared paopu fruits with) remembers him? And that's why Riku doesn't look urgent in the Shinjuku scene (like you think he would be if he was looking for Sora), and why everyone doesn't seem concerned for Sora at all in the party scene, since they're seemingly having a party at all while he and Kairi are possibly in danger (Kairi's also the only one we see emote at all to his disappearance, because she's the only one we DO get to see react to it, period, but maybe there's more to it than just that)... And why Sora's not in the new DLC battles that he was in in KHIII proper. Though people have spied he's a party member in the Riku fight... but perhaps he erases himself from existence after that point, since the Kairi kidnapping he's rewriting happens after it? If this is true-and the Keyblade Graveyard is being rewritten a second time-this also (hopefully) means we'll get new scenes of Kairi where she doesn't die, and can hopefully do more this way.
@justjohd65655 жыл бұрын
So if I'm getting this right..... Luxord somehow knew everything from the start, reasons to why he never been on radar with luxu, which also means that by this happening he is depending on sora to defeat luxu, the foretellers and master of masters, WHICH ALSO meaning(wild guess) possibly M.O.M is trying to get rid of sora soon as he known something suspicious was happening and that luxu might have been suspicious as well about luxord

From what I gather from this and this is a theory: I dont think time was ever rewound, I think a second timeline was created. Remember, it states "on that fated land, a great war will transpire, darkness will prevail and light expire." Well, Darkness prevailed and all the guardians of light DID die. It's written into the prophecy. So when Sora brings everyone back, I believe it created another timeline which is why Xibar knew of their first defeat. It's like Xigbar planned this to happen.
@larryanderson86925 жыл бұрын
I won't say knew he was told I think the mom is still learning himself. Why else would he call it fake light. To me it seems like a big game of learning which is why he sent a weapon forward with his eye in it remember you can only exist in a time if there is a piece of you there . which is how he has the ability to exist through out time
@SShaBazzz5 жыл бұрын
@@larryanderson8692 he could still be learning. It's just light expiring has been a staple point. And since Xigbar already knows that they died once, it leads me to believe that where they returned to after the final world, is a separate timeline in general. Because ots also a solid line of not being able to change ways destined to happen. So in the death time line, they lost completely. But in the new timeline, the guardians are able to fight on. Another reason it seems like a new time line, is Numora saying 3rd line. Its just my theory though, could be wrong.

Replaying the entire saga again, and thinking about this a lot, and the Master of Master using Shibuya as a prison is a pretty good theory. But now the question, what is the connection to Yozora and The World Ends With You? We know Yozora got there in a dream, much like Sora did with The Final World, so does that mean that this will be The Final World of Yozora's reality? And the kids from The World Ends With You were on a sort of death clock, so Shibuya has more connection to death again?
