We were young and the world belonged to us, now I spend half the day looking for my glasses or worrying I'll lose my marbles. Thanks Madness for the memories that keep me warm in my winter.

Chas Smash! Unforgettable! I will never forget the era when Madness music was introduced to me by a friend. Late 70's/early 80's.Formidable!

Chas is superb! Really hits the spot just like the two tone brothers dancing to the English Chaos "is that clock ticking". His other Oscar perfoemance is in cardiac arrest ( my favourite track)

Thank you!!! A fave Madness track. Clearly some of the audience had no idea how to move to this... they lacked the skank instinct despite being given a very healthy dose , right there... can't relate! Loved Madness from the beginning; love the Skatalites, Maytals, Ken Boothe, English Beat...

@@peterhudson5748 So true. It was either disco or punk back then. Then the Specials and Madness turned up on TOTPs one Thursday night. Friday morning at school, we all knew something was happening but we didn't know what it was. A couple of weeks later, skinheads, flat tops, brogues, DMs Crombie's and we all knew this was us. Our time, our music. And what a time and music it was.
