No.2 had mia crowned queen. I think 3 will involve Mias half-sister Olivia and Mia will need to teach her the ropes of being a princess. I think it will also involve mia and hopefully lord Devereaux (or maybe michael) having children (they have twins in the book). Obviously there will be some kind of issue occurring in the plot, maybe a plot to overthrow the monarchy and make genovia a Republic- this is where Olivia could help for example.

Well I would love to see a movie that's kind of based on the last book 2 books combined. Where Mia has reunited with my car and they are planning for their wedding and at the same time Mia finds out that she is unexpectedly pregnant. Shortly after their marriage the pandemic hits and Mia and her entire family are kind of trapped in The Palace together butting heads.

I have to agree with Julie Andrews' point of view: sometimes it's best to leave a good thing alone. If the third installment in Princess Diaries 3 doesn't meet or surpass the previous ones, it will quickly crash and burn like the Narnia series! I'd like to see the writers get it right. Still, it's been 20 YEARS!!! You can't pick up where the last one left off; that's insane! Why not create a new character, say a ten-14 yr old child who CONTINUES the story? Granted, if not done right, this would make it more like a Hallmark movie, but it might help the story save face, as opposed to a 40-something Mia Renaldi living in a 20-something completely unrealistic story 🤷‍♀️ Just my two cents.
