Exactly ! Every time I hear Law Roach exclaim, "This is ballroom!" I think, no it's not. It's a TV competition show, on the hardly underground channel HBO Max. And the single-camera videos like this one show WAY more of the actual performances than the show does with its drastic over-editing. It's great that Makaylah posted this video: you feel the energy of room and of the performances, which are largely lost in the broadcast version.

@@nielsnable 11 momths later ubm where? 1. Mikayla had little to non “pauses” in her routine, Peter had slow movements here and there and wasnt consistent with the pace of his routine. 2. Mikayla brought the energy 100% of the time, peter did 80% of the time. 3. Her dips and moves are 100% more connected ,from move to move, his is not. 4. SHE RAN UP A WALL
