When I learned to compliance is science, I managed to lose a lot of weight and gain a lot of muscle. It’s better to be 70% of the man you want to be. And work hard for the last 30 then to be 0% of the man you want to be and grown about it.

Can definitely relate to this. I tend to operate more on the macro scale you talk about Adam. The prospect of not being able to perform or function optimally usually sees me put off action and decisions in favour of resting/recharging and then hoping one day I’ll be able achieve those optimal standards and get started. Do you have any advice or tips on breaking that kind of thinking?
