Hi, As a uni student myself, i would really love if you could make a video on balancing workout/staying healthy while studying. I cant speak for all countires but at least where i come from uni student on avarage work more than full time jobs, so your insight would be quite helpfull. Keep up the nice work! im suprised you sub count is so low compared to the quality of the videos lately :)

It's a struggle. Currently studying a master's, lost 13kg in the last ten months (83 to 70) and got to 22% body fat from 28% after having hypothyroidism. I find that it's very important to plan meals and exercise, and if some project requires me to not work out that day, I rearrange the week so I get what I need. Hoping to get to 18-20% body fat in the next months so I can finally start focusing on increasing muscle. Boiled eggs are a life saver, I can just make a bunch in 10min for any unplanned visit to the campus (it's quite far away) and their macros are great. Try to always work on your pending stuff ASAP and not leave it for the last day, and plan it accordingly with your work outs, steps, meals, etc.

Hi Adam, i'm an intermediate lifter and im cutting. Is it good to cut until 9 or 8% body fat? or is better to stop at 10%? after im done cutting i want to do a lean bulk. But im williing to go to 8 or 9 if this give me more freeway. What's your experience?
@AdamMc192Күн бұрын
Marginal differences to be honest, yes it will give you a little bit longer to gain weight as you're starting from a leaner state, but I wouldn't be worried about it. 8-9% is also pretty lean and you might not feel very good.

@@jonfreelove technically there is a point since you need fat for fat soluble vitamins but it’s not clear what that number, probably 40g

And is creatine safe for kids or early teens like 13-15 year olds to use?
@AdamMc19210 сағат бұрын
@@TrevonAllison not sure about the age but it seems to have positive impacts in teens, in general for the sake of good practice as they age, I recommend kids focus mainly on food. pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC7922146/

@@AdamMc192 my “body fat” scale estimates my body fat (supposedly) through some electrical signal and uses my height and weight to calculate my body fat. But Lolol it says 25% and I have four visible abs! I have no idea how to estimate my body fat more reliably. I have pinchable fat around my hips but also abs and shoulder stations when I flex. It’s hard to tell from photos cause everyone stores their fat differently. Or at least women do.

I have a question,is taking creatine bad when trying to lose fat? I want to lose body fat and get in good shape in 2 months for a trip but Somone said it will make me look more fuller and bigger than leaner and more in shape and basically I would want to see my abs but they said you won’t see them as good if you were taking creatine vs without it🤷🏾♂️what do you think
@strategicsage769413 сағат бұрын
It actually would make your abs more likely to be visible, because the muscles themselves will be slightly bigger. There's no impact on losing fat, which is where the lean look comes from and the main thing you need for visible abs. It will mean you don't lose as much weight, but that's a different issue.
@AdamMc1926 сағат бұрын
As per the other comment, you should probably consider it. The challenge that you probably have is you've only given yourself 8 weeks which perhaps might not be long enough.
