Amen. Absolutely. That is so true. God does send signs but we as Christians shouldn't always seek out a sign. I believe that we should seek God's face (character, will, purpose for our lives) and we won't have to depend upon a sign.

I was changing the channels last night April 11, 2018 and I across TBN and heard you speaking. Your words and passion caught my attention immediately. It was as if you were speaking directly to me. I was/am in a place where I need to hear your message. I signed up to receive your messages daily in my email. Wow was I surprised when yet again you were speaking directly to me. I shared your message with my mother and sister.I have a strained relationship with my 18 year old son. He stayed with his father and his brother my 21 year old stayed with me. There has been division for about 5 years now. No matter what I try to bring unity, I always fail. I have been in prayer about this and will continue to stay in prayer about it. I will have a heart of thanksgiving no matter what the circumstances are at the moment. I know I am not alone and some other mother knows what this pain and loss feels like. So I pray for those mothers when I pray for myself. God has a plan and I am going to be patient and wait on him. Listening to you today has recharged my batteries. God is never late and never early. He is always right on time. Today is my sons 18th birthday and we are not talking. God is clearly aware of what is going on and I trust him to work in me and in my son to bring us back together again. Thank you so much for the encouragement to keep pressing on. I have a really high imagination, and as you said, yes, it felt like a relationship. I spent one hour with God, in His presence, read His word, but after that, I will live in my thoughts again. I love to imagine things, beautiful things that may be happen or not in my future. I want to leave it, I don't want my mind to think what it wants to think, but I also won't let go. Not many pastors talk about this. I used to be confused if its okay or not; if its right or not. Cause it consumed a lot of time. I've wasted a lot of time for it. But today I know it's not right, and it's from the devil, and I want to leave it. I have to. It's not easy I suppose, but I can do all things in God who strengthens me. This is so helpful, I'm so thankful for this! And please pray for me🙏 God bless🙏

Imagination is a gift from God. It's okay to use it for good. If there are bad thoughts coming into your imagination, then shut those thoughts down; not the imagination.

Channel your natural desire for fantasy to something godly and helpful to others. Perhaps, write stories that point people to godly ways of thinking and doing things. I have discovered a love for writing, and creating whole worlds. I started out mentioning God, but now, I love writing love stories where the guy pursues the girl (Usually the girl is an alien, because you cannot find people as pure as my Naakaanee on earth any more! But they are God breathed people and equal to us.) but he pursues her without sex, and gets to know her for years before a marriage decision is made, getting to be her friend, and her, his friend, and them, learning about one another, learning to respect and know one another, learning to cherish the other's dignity, before they decide to spend the rest of their lives together. It used to be this way in society but we have fallen so short of it and only have shallow interests any more, and society is falling because of it. But we knew this would happen. Still, ask God to help you discover the healthy outlet of your fantasy life.

I'm not kidding.... i start watching one video about fighting my fears... then I get off of youtube, and then another video of God telling me to stop worrying comes up as a first on my youtube feed.... then I get off and you won't guess what's next... This video came up on my feed as a first.... I'm right here right now, all cause of God's glory.... honestly, i've been going through too much, going through too many fearful situations in my mind, going through so many suicidal thoughts, almost stabbing myself.... It's true: we can change our imagination, we can change what we think about, we can change our scenarios with the Word of God. I needed to hear this. I have a wild imagination, but it doesn't stop there. I imagine it, I speak it, it happens either right away or eventually. Its like my imagination and the scripture life and death is in the power of the tongue are working hand in hand in my life in both negative and positive ways. Lord I need prayer. Oh my God, every word he says, is just so so so true. I was suffered in depression, then because of my faith, God has opened my eyes about the situation that traps me for a long time. It was an vicious addiction, I grew close and attached to the depression. And it had become the way I think things and I thought that is who I am. But Pastor steven is so right, it is just a cycle and it is hard to realize the way we think is wrong. We need to jump out of it, forsake old ways and let God's word and work lives in our heart.
