I remember '16 with Keem, CiC and That Other Dude. That was around the time when Morning Kumite and internet bloodsports in general filled my speakers with the most hilarious stream of bile and filth that has ever emerged from KZbin. I saw it as a natural consequence of the Comicsgate and anti-SJW crowd losing steam after the movement rapidly morphed during and after Trump's first election cycle: all they had left to tear apart was each other, and they did, and it was great to watch. Also, I'm old enough to have picked up the first Gorillaz album after hearing Clint Eastwood. Good day!

Revenge of the Cis has a take on that Schaub character that is one of the funniest clips I've seen on the Internet. Their overall content is reprehensible, but it somehow works to top off the character assassination of Schaub and his comedy career that much more effectively.

It has never been less impressive or more embarrassing to be famous. Celebrities don’t exist anymore.

It’s very simple… people want to hear specific people talk about anything. “Art” and “content” are subjective. If people find value in it why should it matter? Make a video on how many commentators there are now and if they’re really doing anything worthwhile.

that's valid supply and demand is a big factor when it comes to online stuff if people want it they'll watch it i guess
