Sometimes I wonder if our reluctance to quit things allows us to get so much on our plate that eventually our head explodes! I realized many years ago that there were so many things I liked and wanted to be part of, but didn't have the time and energy to do. The stress that built up was debilitating. So, I've become like a butterfly, flitting from flower to flower, and enjoying things but not necessarily reluctant to move along. Enjoy the variety of things your life offers you but continue to explore and grow and not be afraid of letting go and moving on! You'll just get better the more you experience, study, and enjoy. Great channel.

Thanks so much! I agree, it’s important to have a balance with the amount of stuff we’re involved in

On another note, this is way too relatable brother. I was stuck in a situation just like this for my swim training. It was (and still is) extremely tiring work will all my school and stuff on top. My friends were the only thing keeping me from leaving. I'm 15 btw and it's been roughly a year since. I manged to get out of my situation by motivating myself and setting a goal, which also reminded me why I started in the first place. I can definetely underatand why u quit though my friend.

Its good to hear that u pushed through! I just started swimming for exercise, and it's definitely really tiring, so it's impressive that you're able to do it for a sport!

I think this can be a bad attitude to have. If you feel like you can’t quite anything you might be more hesitant to try something new
