@@Dangit_Bobby "Women" is not a homogeneous mass, they are half of the world`s population and they are individuals - like men. Women think, want and do quite different and various things. If this would not be the case every woman would get along with every other woman quite easily. If men would recognize this and stop believing all (or most) women would be like this or would want that, their chances to have good connections with many different women would immediately raise. "women want authority without any responsibility" - you don`t talk about women, you mean girls. This is also the same for men and women: Amongst both there are always some who will not want to grow up. When the interviewer was done explaining all of that, I asked one question..."How much authority will have to carry out those responsibilities". I was walked back to the lobby, and was asked to wait there. Ten minutes later the receptionist got a call, and she told me I could leave. Women by and large are not partners anymore. The symbiotic relationship has been tossed in the trash for rank parasitism and self serving manipulation. Marriage has been perverted from a bond of commitment to work together, to a bond of servitude for men and a weapon of leverage for women to rob him blind if she ever gets the urge. Women have succumbed to their darker impulses and they are largely acting as enemies to their own men and children for their own selfish whims.

I got married in 1986 at 23 . I was a carpenter and made 12 dollars an hour. My wife was a receptionist for a dentist and made 8 dollars an hour. One year later we bought a house that any young couple today would love to own. Between then and now , I don't understand what happened and why young people don't get to do what I did. Not being able to own something is going to make an entire generation very bitter. Maybe not allowing huge companies like Blackrock and Zillow to buy hundreds of thousands of homes and control the prices would be a good start.
@Greenyt1234
@Greenyt1234 26 күн бұрын
@stuartjohnston4353 sorry for the long rant, feel free to ignore. So I want you to do a little experiment that make make the picture easier to understand. take a look at the cost of your old house and see what it would sell for today. Going to run some math for you to paint a picture. We will start with your wife. 8 bucks an hour in 1986 would be the equivalent to almost 22 an hour today. Most reception jobs cap out at 15ish. Your pay would come to 34.44 an hour. I assume you were just starting out at the time. If so to do that today you would roughly earn 25 an hour. That means that straight off the bat you have 30% less spending power straight off the bat. Now add in only 1 vehicle for a car note assuming you shared, or 2 vehicles if needed, elevated cost of car insurance, cost of health care if it isn't included in a comp plan. I'm gonna guess expenses get tight throwing everything in. If you were renting before hand rents are elevated way higher than they were back in the 80s even adjusted for inflation. Don't use the "we lived with parents " or any handouts because the majority don't have that option. And guys living with their parents wouldn't have a wife. Overall general point is that you are straight out the gate in todays money from your income alone with 30% less spending power than the 80s if this were you. I don't know the price of your home at the time, but the avg price of starter home is 242k. So between the 25 an hour and 15 an hour you would need 20% down on any loan to get a decent that isn't variable so you need 48,000 down. Togethe you two in this example would earn roughly 66k after taxes and before expenses. So leaves you with 16k for all expenses in a year and can tell you that would be rent alone in most places. So you would actually need closer to 3 years just to save up for a decent down payment on a home alone. Without any unexpected expenses break downs etc. Not to mention that your wife probably isn't a mondern woman which many today are so most men will not have an opportunity with a good woman since the numbers aren't there. They don't want to work together to build up, but either want to wait for a guy who has his stuff together or to do stuff like OF. So my math above especially doesn't work if you didn't have your wife working with you. Mathematically it does not work out for most people and isn't as easy to say "just do it this way". Some % of people will be fine a majority not so much and thats the issue is they inflation widdles away and destroys the middle class. Just my example right here shows how much the you of 2024 starting out in the same position would be behind the you of 1986. This math lines up with many things that apples to apple it takes about 1.86x longer to reach the same fincial ability from 30 years ago when adjusted for the same jobs buying the same things etc.

@@Greenyt1234 I think the house cost 120k . We did have two cars ,both paid for and not anything special . I had the cheapest Nissan truck you could buy, didn't even have AC . My wife's car was a several year old Mustang. No credit cards at the time so zero dept. I think I put down 5 k for the house and the interest rates were higher than they are now. I never looked at the house as some money making thing that people do now. I wanted a place to live and didn't really look at it as an investment. The house was built in 1955 and I bought it in 86 or 87 so it was over 30 years old . It was a little house 1250 sqft but houses from that era were always small. I was 24 when we bought it and my wife was 23. My point kinda , is we were nothing special and had a house in our early 20's . That certainly isn't possible anymore. My 31 year old daughter and her long term boyfriend combined make about 90k and have given up on trying to buy a house. I'm a contractor and have built many homes in my career. Maybe we need a moratorium on building large homes. 1250 sqft was fine for us and I think most young people, it would be too. I don't know who to blame for young people not being able to have what I had , but this can't be the new normal. Sorry for the long winded answer and thanks for your comment. Part of the reason why the Japanese fought in WWII is because of unequal land distribution. Landlords owned much of Japan’s farmlands and forced farmers to work tirelessly for meager wages. That’s why after the war, Douglas MacArthur worked closely with Japanese Prime Minister Yoshida Shigeru to redistribute the farmland back to the farmers. By the end of it, I believe it was around 85-90% of Japanese farmland went back into the hands of the farmers. The farmers, now incentivized to maintain and build upon their newfound land, took great pride in their new ownership which was contributed greatly towards Japan’s economic boom by the end of the 20th century

John Stossel spoke about this concept! When people have a shared land space, they will take take take coins for themselves, despite knowing they could earn double by not grabbing the coins. However, if people have private ownership and nobody can snatch what they own, they let the coins sit on their land and let it double, and everyone doubles their money instead of stealing from others.

I have a farm and it's own line of egg products. This is mostly ran by my ex and her father. I work here as a muscle only. Everyone expected me to run this farm but I've just kept low profile. Every year, time to time I mention this one statement: "I've lived here as a guest for X years" X at the moment is 11. I feel like I own two sets of clothes, phone and a gaming PC. I feel like I do tasks until 9pm and I get to steal free time from my sleep. During this free time, that I own, I feel like I'm alive. So I would say this clip is an eye opener.

You got it right. Most young men have been told they are bad so they just go do their own thing. The real key to long term happiness is getting married, having children and owning your home. You are right about the rent analogy. If all you do is rent you dont care what happens when you leave the rental. No one ever says on their death bed "Lord give me 5 more minutes at work." They may want more time with family and loved ones but not work. Work only makes having a family possible and is not real life. Most modern women are not worth the juice for the squeeze. Women need to be working on themselves and realize that their best life is paired up and having children. After all that is what we have been doing since man first walked upright. Women riding the Chad and Tyrone carousel will only lead to loneliness and rejection.

The issue arises from the breakdown of the family unit and society's failure to acknowledge a man's role as the protector and leader of the family. Humans are inherently social, but they also tend to be quite self-centered and individualistic. Essentially, a man needs some form of reward, whether direct or indirect, to feel motivated to contribute to the greater good. This is part of why communism struggles to succeed. Historically, the main incentives have been women, the chance to have children, and owning land. These elements forged a connection between individuals and society, pushing men to work hard, innovate, defend, and even sacrifice for their country-simply because they had something valuable to protect. To put this into perspective, think about a hypothetical invasion: who’s more likely to defend their homeland? A family guy with a wife, kids, and a house, or a single dude living in a small rented apartment? Men are motivated to produce and fight not just for the nation, but to safeguard their families. But if monogamy breaks down and family stability is lost, men might feel they have no reason to strive or create, as their focus shifts solely to themselves. This is a big problem, especially since the essential services that keep society running-like energy, transport, and tech-are mostly handled by men. The communist regimes in charge are playing a risky game here.

They don’t want you working then they can control you even more wait till the single male tax comes. Joke is really on you. The ruling class is not gonna allow men too sit back once a.i. Is out. And not work that’s what fema camps will be for, Men who don’t comply will be sent to the new femmist/communist system hard labour for the country work really so if you can’t pay the tax. Who will be grabbing you from your house and watching you at the camp… A robot you can be as tough you want with him but he is controlled by a corporation and the government he will decide. Wait till 2030.

My boat cost me $9000 my CT 125 I bought used for $4000. Now I will live up the money I had saved for the family that never happened, I retired age 40.

Bizarrely, the best way to not be poor is to retire - average rent for a tiny apartment here in New York City is $6300 per month. If you don't need a job, you don't need to be here. 2 hours upstate, where the economy is dead, you can rent a house for $400 a month, buy it for $80k. That same house, even in the outer boroughs, with 1 hour commute into the city, cost $1.2 mil. If you go further and retire to Thailand or the Philippines, you can live like a king on the budget of a homeless person here in NYC.

Great video but if you wanna be successful, you most take responsibilitywe for your emotions, not place the blame on others. In addition to make you feel more guilty about your faults, pointing the finger at others will only serve to increase your sense of personal accountability. There's always a risk in every investment, yet people still invest and succeed. You must look outward if you wanna be successful in life, Successful people don't become that way overnight. most people see at a glance-wealth, a great career, purpose-is the result of hard work and hustle over time. I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life. 🙏🙏🙏

I own land, but do I really if tax is owed annually. Oligarchs at the top own everything and they are working hard to depopulate the world. If tax is owed on all things you purchase, and all money you make then how is anyone different than a slave. There are a few countries that are working to regrow their population, but the oligarchs will make sure they don’t enjoy any banking or trade opportunities. They might even incentivize other countries to attack the smaller country that refuses to allow RE--placement immigration. Now if I could just find an example to prove my point. Mmmmm let me think……oh man this is hard…..

@@frankrizzo5262 yeah but if you believe the Bible and actually listened to what it says, you would understand child sacrifice was the root of the religions “magic” or miracles. For example jesus had to be sacrificed for god to forgive man’s original sin. Another ex is how Abraham had to prove he was willing to sacrifice his son before god would offer the covenant instead. Another ex is how Moses was ordered by god to sacrifice all the firstborn Jews while on this trek in the desert. Another example is the mass graves of 60k+ child remains of burned sacrifices that really turned me off of the religion as a whole while I was studying to become a priest. 🤷🏻‍♂️ I didn’t ask for this, I was born into it. Sucks.

@@yourfinalhiringagency3890 You know it sounds quite demonic if you think about it. I mean what kind of god demands human sacrifice all the while claim to love his "children." You know it's probably written by people and if not then it's erroneously translated from the original message. A godly being with boundless knowledge and power have no need for things like human sacrifice. After all this entity can seemingly create the universe out of thin air.

The argument if you are taxed means you not being “the owner” is meaningless when speaking about land. The government ultimately owns ALL the land. That’s why there is this thing called “immanent domain” under the law. You never owned any land for a single second. Your ownership as evidenced by your property deed is no more than a license in perpetuity for useage rather than true ownership. And all licenses, by definition, are subject to expiration or cancellation for a variety of reasons as defined under law. Even so-called perpetual licenses.
