Dealers across the country suffer from a follow up problem which has resulted in them using aggressive and pushy sales tactics that are pushing customers to companies like Tesla, Vroom and Carvana! The OEMs are aware and I promise you they will be forcing dealers to tone down the aggressive and pushy sales tactics. Transparency will win the future of the car business.

"the person was scared because the second they submit a lead they're going to get pummeled with aggressive and pushy sales tactics" So what is the theory in blasting someone with 6 text messages in the first 8 hours after they put their information in? Honest question. It seems like it frustrates and annoys customers more than inviting them to join a conversation.
