This time, I got close to the rusk and Japanese confectionery factory operated by the bakery.
This factory produces 60,000 rusks a day, as well as Japanese sweets and red bean paste.
I was allowed to shoot specially according to the hygiene management standards of the public health center.

Recently tried some rusks that my boyfriend's company brought from Japan. They were so simple, yet so incredibly delicious. Delicate, buttery, lightly sweet perfection, unlike anything I've ever had. The ones dipped in white chocolate were good, too, especially with coffee.
