Absolutely beautiful, it is so awesome to watch and enjoy his craftsmanship and artistry at work. I just hope he passes all his knowledge to an apprentice who will also love, appreciate and continues this beautiful and rare art form. Much love from 🇺🇲

I love watching anything like this along with cooking and craftsmanship it just shows the pride that you have and the dedication to it. And the love behind it.
Magnifique , mais la statue n est pas vraiment japonaises😅

The statue is Japanese, it's made in Japan. The character depicted is not Japanese.

Very interesting how it is done to have several parts stuck together, and I had no idea how much reinforcement was added. But I was curious, are only Occidental figures made in plaster?

I'm just curious if he also have molds for Japanese models like samurai warriors or geishas

Probably not. These aren't art pieces, but rather school supplies. Typically these plaster Greek sculpture replicas are used in art class as an object for students to sketch.

If there is something you want to know, and you are interested in it, you should visit the website. That is the most reliable information, and from there, you can follow the information to find out more details. In many cases, you can choose your language, and even if you don't have a language option, it is easy to understand the content by translating the information on Google. It is useless to ask someone else who does not know the details. Viewers of this channel, even if they can access the website, do not look at the explanation column even though the link is provided, and therefore do not even know that the website exists, and they are not informed at all, but instead are imagining things on their own and exchanging bullshit perceptions. There are also those who present themselves as know-it-alls in spite of their ignorance lol

They’re beautifully made, but I can see why there wouldn’t be a huge demand. These are very European in style, and quite old fashioned.
