THE PROCESS OF MAKING ROSE OIL PERFUME

I want to share the process of extracting the Rose Oil from the rose flowers; that’s why I made this video.
Trivia:
- 10,000 - 15,000 Rose flowers are needed to produce 10ml rose oil perfume
- 10 ml Rose Oil costs 1,600.00 Saudi Riyals ($426.66)
- It takes a 5 - 8 hours process to produce the 10 ml rose oil.
To sum up the process of making the rose oil perfume:
1. Flower should be pick early morning, fresh and in bloom
2. From the garden it is brought directly to the processing area.
3. Weighing of flowers - the flowers are weighed to get a uniform weight of 8.8 kilos
8.8 Kilos is equivalent to 10 - 15 Thousand flowers depending on the size.
4. It is put inside the boiling vessel added with 20 liters of water
5. Boiling them until the water steam flows through the pipe for 5 - 8 hours until the vessel is drained with liquid in a continuous boiling.
6. The oil stays on top of the water surface flowed out from the pipe.
7. The oils are separated from the steam water using syringe
8. The oil produced from the 8.8 kilos of flowers is 10ml only. The oil is now the perfume raw ingredient; you can now use it as perfume.
9. The 10 ml rose oil cost $426.00, factory price. - The price varies depend on the pricing of the factory.

Yes, it's expensive. But you can mix it with other perfume oils to come up with your own brand scent or simply your own personal perfume scent. Take care and God Bles❤

In Saudi Riyals the cost of 1 Liter (1000 ml) is SR160,000.00, considering that 10ml is 1600 = 10ml x 100 x SR1600 = SR160,000.00. Thank you my friend! Take care and God Bless🙏❤

Good. Hamdullillah many times I went there when my husband was alive but never nobody told. Otherwise I would have seen it. Once plz you go to Turkey and Lebonan. From there you make video of Damascena roses. How they plant and fertilizer and cutting and how they remove oil. I am planning to do plantation InShaaAllah. And producing Rose essential oil But I don't know exact info

@@xyzxyz23513 I definitely would love to visit those places, your place. I know there are plenty of beautiful and amazing things, and places to see and enjoy other than roses. For your plan to establish a rose farm, you can do the studies, even through the internet. Rose plant is not that delicate. The basic requirement only is it should be in cold temperature, of course not freezing temperature. The weather in Lebanon and Turkey, I guess is perfect for rose plantation. Other farming technical requirements and knowledge, you can learn them by research, consulting farmers and as you go along.
