What was wrong with the existing crown wheel and pinion set ? Those gears looked ok to me. No new bearings fitted ? No thorough checking by blueing of the contact pattern of new crown wheel and pinion.? No proper adjusting of bearing preload..? Why did you dismantle the gearbox, there was nothing wrong with it. You did not inspect the clutch, what if that was the real problem..? All of this work just to make a video.🤨🤨
