What an honour and privilege to have that vantage point. I watched the procession from Buckingham Palace to Westminster and the funeral procession. I’ll never tire from seeing the spectacular display the UK showed in paying their final respects to such a deserving Queen.

@@ItsUniqueTiger I'm 40 years old and all I've ever known, is her majesty Queen Elizabeth 2. Growing up, she was always there. Every Christmas I would watch the Queens speech, watch her on state visits etc. All of my generation grew up with her, she was like our surrogate granny. I'm so lucky to be born under her reign. My future children will be born under the reign of her son, his majesty King Charles 3. Maybe we will have another badass monarch who will rule, but our QE2 will forever in our hearts!

Still today brings a tear to the eye and lump in the throat … a wonderful 70 years reign with a fitting and respectful send off. The British tradition, the forces, the police, the queue and the crowds made it into what it was that nobody can repeat throughout the world.

An impressive and moving procession. Far better than any nation I can think of, Britain knows how to say farewell to its head of state. Not just the pomp and pageantry of an ancient nation, but the solemnity and heartfelt feeling of the armed forces and people are so evident in this.

That was powerful. King Charles and family at 17:30 was particularly impressive too. Through all the changes and turmoil of the 70 years of her reign, the good and the hard times, I think she will be looked back upon as providing needed stability. The most moving part to me-- and all was magnificent-- was the bow of the horns as the hearse went by. The horns were lowered to the ground, a beautiful and poignant show of sadness and respect. 🇬🇧

@@2Hearts3 They were standards (flags) of the Royal British Legion. The Royal British Legion is a UK-wide charity who assist veterans. Other military standards were lowered though when the coffin passed.

The most poignant part of this upload for me was at 17:15. A Metropolitan Police Constable, charged with crowd safety and control, takes his eyes OFF the assembled crowd, to bow his head in respect as the body of his late Majesty passes behind him. It was just amazing, I was down the Mall for it. I bet Charles heard those drums pounding in his sleep for a few nights afterwards. A magnificent send-off for a magnificent Queen. The massed pipes and drums were wonderful! I'm sleeping down the Mall for the Coronation next week, can't wait!

I've read where the Queen was very hands on in organizing her funeral one thing that stood out was how the Queen ensured even her coffin moved around the Tomb o the Unknown Warrior.

She kept her word, to the end she kept her word, honored the oath, served her country, she was born princess, she became queen , she served with her heart and soul and dedicated herself and never wavered in her duties she is home with the lord, and reunited with her beloved husband, king Charles, now has taken his place on the throne, and prince of Wales can now do whatever he can to make his fathers place at the throne successful to continue the line of succession successful, rule with kindness and with the lord's watchful eye, continue the line of succession. Trust in God and be a good king, and at the time appointed by God, William will take his place, and continue the reign to make your country grow and prosper, I see a very bright light in William God go with the country and to be the best you can be.
