Such an encouraging message about God's great mercy!

One of the best I've heard, though of course this compliment is just a devious trap to give you a more elitist sense. That said, I'd add two things (I know...): 1) Jesus, the living incarnation of the logic that yields everlasting life, king of both the living and the dead, is speaking to BOTH those who resonate with the prodigal son AND the elitist muckety mucks. Though I also agree that most people I've heard only focus on the prodigal son part, so maybe this is not news to you (or anyone). 2) This parable is one of the best in understanding the real dangers of success and speaks to the two possible paths and the sin that comes as a matter of course. The "wasteful" son's sin is superficial and the "good" son's sin is latent. Both are exposed by the adversity, and both are refined and annealed to produce lasting goodness with the forgiveness given. Thanks for the great video! And as an aside, I recognized hay hamartia in the Greek so thanks again for your Greek courses!
