As an audio guy I’ve always made these on my own for studios I’d built, which is what everyone else does by the way. I thought their idea was idiotic to be honest. I was shocked he was interested in investing in them to be honest. He handed them a chance to be profitable. The Hard Rock will not be happy with them though because he asked for sound proofing and this is NOT that.
