This is a very encouraging song to dance to for exercise!!! Enjoy your life as much as you can! I’m now 55 and I do feel the positive and exciting winds of change coming as spring comes upon us!! I’m on a diet and WILL lose 50 pounds and I’m using Paula’s upbeat songs for inspiration!! I loved the songs that came out back then and I loved watching their videos on MTV. How fun was that??!!

MsKlein1 : That’s a fact!! It was the best time. Cell phones were just coming out and it was very expensive to use. People actually talked to each other in person. We had home phones to make calls and if we made calls out of town, there were charges!! One of the great things back then was that people weren’t always playing and looking at their phones. There was actual face time - in person- and not Facebook!! The songs and bands that were coming out were awesome!!!
