It’s nice to have air on the combines too. Ivers rigs up air compressor lines on the corn head to a button in the cab. It blows he header off without getting out. Mr Ivers gets one of guys while they’re unhooking the head every year. Cracks himself up. Very handy gadget tho.

Thanks for another great video everyone. It was interesting and enjoyable to watch. Another super busy week for all of you with replanting and spraying. Lots of hours keeping everything going. I can see where stress is a part of it. Dougo you did a lot of corn replanting. Wow. Thanks for showing us the difference in some of the corn fields that went through the rain and or replanting. Was interesting seeing the difference. Hopefully it will produce at harvest time. Time will tell. July 4th knee high corn is about here. Let us know if it makes it. Thanks. The vac machine you have is great for cleaning out the planters. Work really good. Nice work guys. Guess that is it. Thanks for everything. You all take care and be safe. The Iowa farm boy. Steve.

I fully agree. I don't think it has been taught or is taught in school or most jobs. I - like chet stated - can handle the work load (work in a very busy shop) that doesn't bother me. I can work 12+ hours straight in a physical job, eat a sandwhich while I'm working, not a big deal. Other workers get into a tizzy and start complaining and stuff and then the stress goes WAY up becuase of them, not the work. It doesn't happen often or I would leave for a different company, becuase that would be bad management or whatever - if it keeps happening. But when a machine breaks or things don't go right, others freak out and can't handle it - mostly younger guys (i'm in my 40's). They have no coping tools or ability to see the big picture? I don't know.

@cw93711

Deere is laying off workers because corn prices crashed abs interest rates are sky high. Farmers are canceling new equipment orders in droves. Dealers are giving huge discounts and canceling orders to factories. JD employees are also paying for their record setting wages in their last contract. 2 lines moving to Mexico. Compact tractors and skidloaders. They are moving them so they can lower prices to compete with the majority of other companies as the majority are made overseas.
